Wilson Estate was founded in 2013 by Ava Wilson, a second-generation Las Vegan who grew up watching the valley transform from a one-Strip town into one of America's most dynamic luxury markets. After a decade at a national brokerage, Ava set out to build something quieter — a boutique firm that valued craft over volume.
Today, our team of seven advisors closes roughly eighty transactions a year across Summerlin, Henderson, MacDonald Highlands, The Ridges, and the high-rise corridor along Las Vegas Boulevard. We've kept the firm small on purpose. It's the only way to deliver the kind of attention our clients tell their friends about.
